Consultations

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance.
• Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
• Liability:
• The organizer is not liable for decisions made by clients based on the consultation advice.
• Confidentiality:
• All consultation sessions are private and confidential.

Travel Groups

1. Participant Responsibility:

• Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at least 30 days before the trip.
• Code of Conduct:
• Disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to group rules may result in removal from the trip without refund.
• Payment Schedule:
• Payment deadlines must be adhered to. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
• Force Majeure:
• The organizer is not liable for trip interruptions or cancellations due to events beyond their control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
• Photo and Video Release:
• By participating, clients agree that photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes unless they provide written notice prior to the trip.
